Good Reading

Mindful meditation is, er... on my mind these days. This book (a how-to on mindful living) is based on the program of the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Jon Kabat-Zinn's highly readable book is likely to be helpful in my second decade of vertigo, or at least, I'm hoping.
