The Eagle Spreads His Wings Once More

A year and a week after his arrival, Tibby's mum and dad have their home ready and so he's off today to their new digs. I'm going to miss my ginger donut, but, as he's about a five minute walk away, I'll get lots of visits in.

Last night I poked my camera between the branches of my Christmas tree and got this shot of him watching the lights, as he seems to enjoy doing most nights.

Happy trails Inspector Tibblesworth!

Nice to see the Tibbster (may I call him the Tibbster?) returning to his people, but I'll miss his appearances here. He'll still cameo once in awhile, won't he?

You watch - one winter morning you'll awaken, g, and Tibby will've made the trip back and be staring at you from the foot of your bed. :)

You never own a cat, the cat owns you....

So are you going to get another cat? Btw I'm so pleased you like Year of Living Dangerously. No one else has ever even heard of it. And How to Be Idle too! But Harry Potter...ah well, I suppose you can't be perfect (actually of course I've read the lot, but would never admit it!) And you do like Phillip Pullman. He really is good. Steve

Betsy: It sure is, for the best reasons!

Willow: They're all settled already. The ginger moggy is all "hey, did I ever live anywhere else? Because I don't remember."

Ed: He often gets called that around here. You can be sure that there will be illustrated updates, photo reportages, as it were. :)

Phil: Golly! *looks around nervously*

Cowboy: You may be right there. The effort we put into making his transition smooth... was unreal. :)

Steve: You exhibit great taste... and wonderful soup recipes! I'm not sure I've met anyone for whom The Year of Living Dangerously stands out. I love it.. just love it.

Dave: Ruh roh! I'll distract him by playing the bongos on his back. He likes that a lot!
