Salmon with Dill Sauce





I must be part grizzly bear, such is my passion for salmon. This sauce is my latest salmon must-have: so easy and tasty!

2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
pepper

Do your salmon however you normally do it, with some cracked pepper on it (I like to steam it in parchment - no fuss or clean up).

Mix all the ingredients together, drizzle over the fish. Garnish with lemon wedges. I serve it on top of steamed leeks for over-the-top heaven.
