Okay, I thought I knew what bison burgers were. This isn't the burgers in the steamer, is it? Our American bison burgers don't look quite like this. ;^)
Hello Willow! Thanks for dropping by, I've missed your blog. No, those are siu mai, steamed pork dumplings which were part of the dim sum I had. The bison burgers we have are probably very similar to yours... burgers made of - you guessed it - bison! Yum yum.
