I've been tagged by Ms Willow!
This tag is titled the "Fourth of the Fourth". What you do is go to your fourth photo file on your computer and choose the fourth picture and post it on your blog.
Here's what's weird about mine... my fourth folder is 2004 Christmas. The fourth picture was taken decades before that, but I think I must have scanned it that holiday and kept it there. AND... I was four years old in the picture. We were living in Libya and our neighbours were really good friends of our family and often babysat me. They had this Russian nesting doll which I *loved* and was allowed to play with, carefully.

Beautiful picture!
I thought I knew who your sister is just by brilliant deduction of course(she also blogs and lives in the same city, but now I am not so sure.
I enjoy reading both your blogs, sisters or not.

Thanks for visiting Joy! I don't have a sister, but some wonderful friends all the same. :)
How weird id that! Your were adorable. I will try to play when I post next. Off to bake a cake. BTW. Love the new look, profile pic, etc. All so elegant!
This is adorable! I almost didn't scan down the entries and would have missed it!
I almost missed it, too! Look how cute you are! The photo is so clear it looks like it was taken yesterday. Awww.
Thanks for playing along, BPG. I really enjoying seeing your fourth of the fourth. :^)
Oh what a cute picture. I remember a childhood Russian friend of mine who had a set of those dolls. I was so intrigued with them. The smallest one was so tiny. That photos is a nice memory for you, I'm sure.
I'm sorry .. I'm going to have to beg off from this tag. I made a decision when I started blogging to not do memes or tags of any kind. I've never been comfortable with the concept of doing them. I'm sorry. I hope you understand and keep visiting in spite of my lack of cooperation.
What a beautiful picture and what a coincidence, that you were four years old!
You have wonderfully expressive eyes on the photograph.
I recognize those dolls, growing up in Eastern Europe, they were very common when I was a child.
No problem, I got the tag and the photo is on my site... Tho I did have to consider which hard drive to use - I've never counted how many photos I have but it's definitely in multiples of tens of thousands. But I played it straight and fair and square.
cute kid! ;^)
I'll get to work on this. :)
Glamah: Thanks... and save me a slice!
Betsy and Willow: Thanks... it's been a pleasure to see pics of you as young 'uns, so cute!
Hilary: Oh, absolutely no problem! I understand the dilemma for memes, etc. :)
Protege: Yes, lots of 4s. I believe that for the Chinese, 4 can be an unlucky number. I'm not Chinese, so hoping all is well. :)
Bill and Dave: Thanks for playing along chaps!
Thanks Phil!

What a little enchantress you were. No wonder you had racked up marriage proposals by age ten!
Lavinia: Hey, it was all down hill from there! ;)
