The last picture is priceless - as I am typing this early on Christmas Eve morning, still under blanket in my bed, Batcat has assumed the same position lying next to me.

Incidentally, I'm spending Christmas dog-sitting for a friend. I tend to think of myself as more of a cat person, but this ridiculously adorable rat terrier is starting to make me rethink my position.
