Wasn't too sure what to cook last night, but ultimately dinner was organic pork sausages sauteed in onion, salt, pepper, marjoram and single malt scotch. Later I added mushrooms and slices of red cabbage. It was all cooked till tender. Served, somewhat Germanically - or so I like to think - on rotini pasta.
It was very tasty.

This looks wonderful! Sometimes the best dishes are ones that you just throw together...whatever you have and whatever sounds good at the moment. Pretty enough for a magazine cover!
The German would so love this.Last time I cooked with his scotch he killed me. But he loved it. And sausages and pasta! OH YEAH.
