These were baked for tea time yesterday. I literally couldn't cram more chocolate chips into them without them falling apart. The chocolate is Callebaut 70% dark, my favourite, and they are still moist the next day, kind of like mini cakes really.

Mmmmm...those look great! I like how thick and chunky they look! I can almost smell them! :) Trade you a cookie for a brownie!?
Oh my Lord! I think those will make it into the Guinness World Records for the most chocolate-laden chocolate chip cookies. I'll be right over... tell Tibby I'll bring him a treat...
Oh wow, those look good. Nothing like a home made cookie. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to chocolate, so I must avert my eyes and taste buds :) But I bet those could give PC's Decadent Chocolate Chip cookie a run for most chips ever!
This provides additional fuel for my personal belief that chocolate chip cookies--or muffins or scones, but mostly cookies--are the Greatest Things In The World.
Eaglewing: I sympathize. That would be very tough to take. Is it the same for men as it is for women? The chocolate thing? From my experience it is not. My gentlemen friends have not had the same thing for cacao bean that women have. Mmmm.
I don't think it's the same. I seem to be able to avoid it without a problem for the most part, but chocolate chip cookies, Mars bars, or Toblerone are hard to resist.
More recipes should be written like that - make your dough and then cram in as many chocolate chips as you can without making the dough fall apart! I love it!

Deal: if any of us ever meet, I'll bring the scotch and the dark chocolate in cookie form.
Suza, as we already do know each other, I'm bringing you a cookie... or two. Hee hee. :)
oh, man, you're killing me.....
G its worth the drive to TO!
I thought I could smell chocolate coming from your place...and I was right. There's a cookie party going on over here! YUM-ees!
